In approximately 20 to 25 minutes, learners will explore how risk assessments form the foundation of AML programs and how those risks shape controls, governance, and oversight. The course is designed for professionals working in compliance, risk management, financial crime, operations, audit, and senior management roles. It focuses on the U.S. regulatory framework, including expectations set by FinCEN, federal banking regulators, and state supervisors, while remaining aligned with international standards such as those issued by the FATF.
